1.     Launch the Settings App on your iPhone or iPad.
2.     Go to the Touch ID & Passcode section.
3.     Here, it might be asked you to enter your passcode, if it is enabled.
4.     Next, turn off the toggle for iTunes & App Store.
5.     After that, restart your device. For this, hold down the lock button to switch it off. Repeat the same process to turn it on again.
6.     Again, navigate to the Touch ID & Passcode section in settings.
7.     Lastly, turn on the toggle for iTunes & App Store.
